The Ohio Thoroughbred Breeders and Homeowners Fall Combined Sale at Majestic Farm.
The Ohio Thoroughbred Breeders & Homeowners introduced that the access date for his or her Fall Combined Sale has been prolonged to Tuesday, Aug. 20.
“We picked up 22 entries 3 days after the unique access time limit and were given 5 extra these days,” John Engelhardt, Govt Director of the O.T.B.O., stated Monday. “I will’t provide an explanation for it, however it has took place the previous two years since we introduced the sale again after a decade, other people wait till the remaining minute. Smartly, now they have got any other week. We may well be a sufferer of Ohio’s luck. With the handbags on the degree they’re, some breeders are retaining their horses to race and others – together with our main consignor during the last two years – are hanging in combination applications and promoting privately.
“The objective of our sale if to supply a spot for the breeders and homeowners of Ohio to have a venue to promote and purchase horses,” Engelhardt endured. “In simply two years, from modest numbers we have offered a stakes winner and two stakes-placed horses and a number of other allowance and maiden winners. With the present Ohio program, they all exceeded their sale value with their first win. Whilst we carry Ohioans in combination, I wish to emphasize that this combined sale isn’t limited to Ohio-bred horses.”
The sale will happen Sunday, Oct. 20 at Majestic Farm in Batavia, Ohio beginning at 1:30 p.m. Entries are to be had at Duaneswingleyauctioneers.com and www.otbo.com. For additional inquiries, touch the O.T.B.O. place of business at 937-723-6026.
