Second flight was gained by Dennis Devlin with a web 68, adopted by Ken O’Connell (75) and Jeff Horton (76).

Dick Babington gained third flight with a web 69, adopted by Rick Ruggiero (70) and Mike Bizjak (73).

Frank Crim and Invoice Hartman each netted 64s in fourth flight, adopted by Dennis Kalis (70).

Devlin got here closest to the pin on gap No. 4 at 1 foot, 7 inches. Babington was nearest on No. 6 at 3 ft, 6 inches. Powell was closest on No. 12 at 5 ft, 11 inches, whereas Ruggiero got here nearest on No. 14 at 13 ft, 2 inches.

Goodman gained first flight with a 32.5, adopted by Oksun Parrott (34), Kutz (35.5) and P.J.Lowrey (36).

Myrna DeMartino and Flandi each carded a 33.5 in second flight, adopted by Knight (34) and Maria Quaintance (36.5).

Hahn and Fortney each shot 33s in third flight, adopted by Could and Kathryn Houk, who each carded 35s.

Fourth flight went to Maertz with a 32.5, adopted by Nguyen (33), Newland (37) and Beryl Bridges (37).

Hahn birdied gap No. 3, whereas Goodman birdied No. 7, Dominguez Nos. 9 and 12, and Lowrey No. 6.

In Sweeps on October 15, Judy Royle gained first flight with a web 31, adopted by Rene Romiski (34), Judi Moses (36) and Barb Ray (38).

Second flight went to Diane Stephens with a web 28. Sue Watkins and Nancy Schlesinger each carded 33s, Watkins profitable on the handicap gap tiebreaker. Liz Dykstra shot a 34.

Kim Weaver gained third flight with a web 31. Carole Wilson and Willa Sheppard each carded 36s, Wilson gaining the sting on the tiebreaker.
