Kendenup junior event a big hit


Kendenup Tennis Membership held a profitable junior doubles round-robin event on Sunday, with 42 kids hitting the courts.

The occasion, which has been operating for greater than 10 years, attracted gamers from as far-off as Bremer Bay and Albany.

4 courts have been crammed throughout the day, with enthusiastic youngsters having fun with the occasion.

Bryce Robertson and Dylan Lock went by means of the day undefeated to be topped A-grade winners over Cohen and Tobias Good.

Harry McPharlin and Louie Ford have been topped B-grade champions after additionally ending the day undefeated.

Denny Sharpe and Hugo Riggall completed runners-up within the B-grade competitors.

Match organiser Vanessa Hillman mentioned the junior occasion was an excellent success.

“It was an excellent day with a number of nice tennis,” she mentioned.

“We have been thrilled with how the day went and it was nice to see the development in all of the gamers over the day.”
