(Reuters) – The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) on Wednesday suspended Dutch bicycle owner Dylan Groenewegen for 9 months for inflicting a crash that resulted in compatriot Fabio Jakobsen being positioned in a medically induced coma in August.
