Leader Egan Bernal prolonged his benefit within the Excursion de Suisse through shedding his basic classification competitors at the ultimate climb to assert victory on level seven.

Bernal, who already had an 18-second lead going into the level, made his transfer with slightly below two kilometres ultimate. None of his competitors may just reply, with simplest Bahrain-Merida’s Domenico Pozzovivo and Rohan Dennis mounting a past due unsuccessful fee.
