Abilene Excessive crew tennis is one win away from the district title after Saturday’s wins towards Midland Excessive and Midland Lee on the AHS tennis courts.

The Eagles (8-2 total, 5-0 district) opened the day with a hard-fought, 11-8 victory towards beforehand district undefeated Midland Excessive earlier than ending the day by beating Midland Lee 17-2. The wins, mixed with San Angelo Central beating MHS, arrange their match for the District 2-6A championship.
